Janine Erler is a Professor, biotech executive and transformational leader with over 25 years of experience communicating complex ideas across academia, industry and international stages.
She has built and led high-performance environments in both academia and biotech, including leading research programmes, guiding teams and securing major funding. Alongside this, she has operated at executive level in industry, bringing scientific innovation into real-world application.
Her professional life has been defined by high performance, responsibility and leadership – while navigating significant personal and professional challenges.
Alongside her career, Janine has raised two children as a full-time single mother while continuing to lead at the highest level.
This combination of experience is what defines her work today.
She does not speak about resilience as a concept.
She speaks from lived reality.
Her perspective goes beyond performance, success, or coping strategies. It addresses what happens underneath – how identity becomes tied to achievement, how pressure exposes underlying patterns and what it takes to rebuild from within when the foundations are no longer stable.
Her work focuses on:
- Resilience under real pressure
- Self-worth beyond performance
- Leadership when life is not OK
- High performance without self-betrayal
At the core of her message is a simple but powerful truth:
You do not need to be fixed.
You need to stop hiding who you are and step into the light.
Janine is based in Copenhagen and is available for keynote speaking, organisational sessions and international events.
